Rhonda's July Quilt Block Swap!!! -Sign up til July 7th!
 

Okay Ladies and Gents!! Here we go again!!! Hope to see you all play with us again!!

Sign up by July 7. Mail out by July 31st
Partners will be assigned on July 7

In this swap you will choose and make a 12 1/2" unfinished quilt block I designed.
Then once you have your partner you can discuss color choices and exchange addresses.
You will send your quilt block to your partner and she will send hers to you.

Please let me know when you mail your quilt block and when you receive your quilt block.
If you are not going to be able to follow through or will be late PLEASE let me know.

You will need a 2 1/2" template.
If you need one let me know and I will send you one for free.

Please use 100% cotton --prewashed or not is up to you.
Don't use borders to make it 12 1/2".

This swap is for all skill levels. If you feel you can't do one of my Quilt Blocks but you would like to try I will be happy to help. Just pm me and I will walk you through any parts you feel you need help with.

then you choose a Quilt Block
Then use the layout picture that is shown
with the Quilt Block to see how to make your quilt block.

You know i am games. Now that i have this down! OMG it took me a hot moment to see how the block was designed out

I LOVE LOVE that moment when someone "Sees" and makes that connection! You can look at some traditional quilt blocks and I always think with my Shortcut blocks this would be so much easier to make my way.

Congrats on seeing how the design comes together!!

I've been slow making my block's have had some eye surgery and another one coming up on Tuesday the 17th, YUK, prayerfully the left eye will straighten out as right now it's still a little fuzzy, which is scarry for me as I have 60% loss vission in right eye now. Rhonda will do my best :) :) hugs to all, what a wonderful summer full of God's gracious warmth. Have fun all. :) :)
