Hi,
while I was doing the dish towel, I was cutting my cute fabrics for the tablerunner/placemats/mug rug/wall hanging (I wonder which one it truly is???) for a kitchen/dining/breakfast nook/wall (???).

I am really enjoying my time being un-employed........course I still have to do my 4 job contacts a week, but I got the done on Tuesday this week......so the rest of this past week has been mine, with a little "direction" from hubby.

I also cut out a "Professional tote" for my mom. It will be my 4th that I've done.

And to top it off.................I am nearly caught up on my favorite soap. I DVR it, but I was like 30+ days behind.....I know, I know.....I could just watch today show and be all caught up. I have watched this show since I was 19 and pregnant with my oldest daughter and she just turned 31 in Dec. So in soap opera time, my daughter is 31, does that make Victoria Neuman nearly 32???

ok, I have one last question.....we have a 7-8 month old puppy (course right now he is about full grown I think), border collie and blue heeler mix and looks like Lassie. Very social dogs, I know and this one loves attention. He is only allowed in dining/kitchen area in the evenings. Not allowed in the rest of the house and is afraid to go downstairs, so I have no worries about my "Henhouse"(sewing/quilting room). Anyway, we have gone through 4-5+ dog beds. He chews them to pieces! we have tried the heaviest materials you can find. The last one was a heavy duty upholstry fabric(this one is in his enclosed area with doggie hatch of shop)and his latest shredding. Well he tore up the nice cushion one in his kennel in which he is only in during night a couple weeks ago, so I took hubbies old jeans and made a new one, with a inside unit made like a pillow insert for easy cleaning (so far so good - it has been a week). I need some HELP!!!!! How do we train him not to do this ????? I've had several dogs, and only one that dragged his blanket all over the place, but this one shredds them to pieces. I have even used old store bought comforters, that I have cut up and just fixed to be like a pet bed. If there is labels on, that he where he starts at, so we have removed them after second purchased one was torn first in that area and that made the back fenced in yard looked like we had a snowball fight in it last September. Stuffing everywhere. Nearly ready to give him a way.
The best part of this......my hubby keeps his garage semi-picked up, course I have had to warn him more then once about any hanging cords to his electric plug-in tools and other stuff. I can only imagine what Shelby would do to them. And it wouldn't be a good turnout in the end.

Where I better get to work......I have some Secret Home Deco stuff to work on.

shelby sounds like he has some separation anxiety. if you p.m. me your address i will gladly send you this babble ball that is supposed to keep dogs occupied for hours/days/weeks/ the rest of his life!! anyway, no one told my ladies that they are dogs (say WHAT???) so they just look at it with disdain. i know they would love for your puppy to have it, and it's very durable. trust me it's like brand new. it's yours for free if you give me your address.

I am making a tablerunner. should I be making some other things to go with it? better realot my time if that is the case. I miss things often so don't mind me if I sound lost. I think I live there.. yup you thought I lived in CA but in in that state they call Lost.

wish I had bought some coffee fabrics love the mugs and whip cream on top of them.

Thanks everyone.
I'm usually an 'over do-er' I made something else, but if I show it she will definately know it is for her, so won't show it right now.
