Ok, time to start the teasing to see
If my Santaee can guess it is me.

Crystal ball, crystal ball, of old time lore
Tell me about HER some more

Could there be a cat in the house
To chase a mouse

IrishGal, I would love to try some hard cider with you; have always wondered exactly what that is like. If you find some, I'll join you in the hole!

Just have to tell you all something funny that happened today. I think a lot of the newbies here -- and maybe some repeat SSers don't really "get" the concept of the hole. I posted earlier today that I was headed there to kick my feet up with a mimosa. So what was I really doing during that time? Cleaning the bathrooms! There I was with the brush in my hand scrubbing the bowl thinking how glad I was that I could at least be enjoying my virtual mimosa at that moment. The hole is all in good fun with no calories, no hangovers, and lots of great company; you can't beat that!

My computer can also accommodate a wish list. What a great idea!

This was such fun last year and looking forward to another.

I was inspired to do the same thing. It just feels to weird to list out all of my "hearts' desires" on this thread. Perhaps, telling a little about myself will give my gifter a sense of who I am......or, maybe not.

I've decided to just be thrilled with whatever comes my way. Y'know?

thanks nessie for the ideas.

Not a fan of chocolate would prefer "penny candy" such as skittles, runts, nerds etc.

Love pastels with micro or mini prints.

Really really really hate the color yellow. Yellow makes me feel sad so please ss don't include anything yellow.

Love to read books on my kindle. Thrillers mostly.

Pincushions yes socks yes and i do embroider.

oh and i do so love baby lima beans.

no no no no no no no.........please say it ain't so !!!!!!!!!!!

I feel like I added quite a bit of info about my likes/dislikes and such.
But in the spirit of what everyone else seems to be doing I filled in the
"extra" list that was posted here.
So here goes my additional info.

If you like chocolate, do you prefer white chocolate, milk chocolate, or
dark chocolate?
I LOVE dark & milk chocolate. I do NOT like white chocolate at all.
With that being said I am a insulin dependent type 2 diabetic so
that leaves out the yummy stuff.

What are your favorite fabric colors?
Purple, yellow, bright colors, and any other color EXCEPT brown,
olive/drab green, 30’s-50’s era prints (and repos of them), dull,
“muddy” colors such as the civil war era repo style.

What are your favorite non-fabric colors?
Purple & yellow anything bright, also rich jewel tones, black, white etc.

Would you enjoy receiving sewing notions, such as seam rippers, small rulers, etc.?
No to seam rippers I have tons of them (10+), I love rulers I have most of the
Omnigrid rulers in sizes 2-1/2” up to 20” (squares), plus a few other size (6”x12” etc).
What I don’t have is the angle type rulers (45, 60 degree etc).

Would you enjoy receiving quilt patterns or books? If so, give examples of what you
don't already have.
Not really I have many and don’t use them as it is.

Do you enjoy non-quilting books, such as fiction? If so, what type?
I love a good mystery, romance etc BUT I ONLY listen to audio books on my iPod
and never pick a book to hold, read, and turn the pages. To date I have listened
to OVER 1270 audiobooks since July 2009.

Would you enjoy receiving a regional T-shirt? If so, what size?
Yes, but since I LOVE super big shirts they tend to be harder to
find, and much to expensive (I LOVE 4 XL size)

Would you enjoy receiving regional postcards or other souvenir items?
yes

Would you enjoy receiving a pincushion or needle-case?
YES! I collect handmade pincushions.

Would you enjoy receiving socks?
YES love fuzzy warm socks.

Please list any other items, you'd be happy to find in your SS package:
Hugo Amazing Tape (any size)

Do you do applique? Embroidery?
YES to both but ONLY by machine (fusible for applique), I have 2 Brother
embroidery machines.

What do you do when you're not quilting?
Watch TV, listen to books, make fabric yo-yos (I have HUNDREDS made),
play games on my laptop AND iPad (yes on both at the same time crazy I know).

Come on SS . . . bite.

I sent a stick to my SS last year with all the patterns I accumulated over the year. It had quilts, table runners, mug rugs, etc. I'm thinking about it again this year.

KAT

Yes I have many computers, and they would love patterns.

crafty grammie 10-07-2014 06:29 PM

Hi----my guess would be 176 Also if my SS wanted to send me a t-shirt in large I would love it or something that is regional would be fine. One year I mentioned I liked jelly belly candy and I not only got some but also a jelly belly t-shirt from CA. SS 's are wonderful!!!!!!!!
