Lv2sew, you are a lucky one! What a beautiful quilt NinaLemon made for you.

And I'm sure no one is snapping at anyone else because you are all such a lovely group of happy quilters.:)

And besides which, today is not honey badger day. Maybe tomorrow, but not today.

(Seriously, am I the only soul who had no idea that this honey badger thing was so huge?)

Is the heat getting to you, Almond? :D

Krystyna...you naughty girl, although I do think Almond's got patterns on her mind, doesn't she? :)

Lv2Sew, it's all good! Sorry you're getting hit with the heat! Why can't it just be 70 degree weather everywhere? Is that too much to ask?

Love the latest two minis!

K,

No you are not the only one who had no idea about this honey badger thing
I STILL have no idea what it is LOL.

But then I have not been paying to much attention lately as you all know my
mind is on other things (the fires that are so close to both my MIL & FIL houses).

I am still not finished with my June DQ for Juanita, I am sorry that it is going
to be lately (go figure as there are only 2 days left in this month). For that I am
totally sorry.

Lovely DQ's ladies! Every one of them. I'll bet Almond has one of them devices that thinks it knows better than you what it is you want to say!! My (not so) smart phone changes my words all the time. Some times it is hard to read someones meaning. You can't easily put inflection in the typing. I have not seen anyone on here with a mean bone in their body, yet! This is a nice place to visit.

Hey!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have MANY mean bones in my body, although I don't have to pull
out the "nastiness" to often at least not until I am given reason too.

Although I will admit there has been ONE person who has literally
rubbed me the wrong way on the board although I WON'T give a
name.

The heat has arrived in Virginia - and let me tell you that going to the beach is not much relief. It is only momentary.
But.......I will take this heat over the kind they are having in Colorado Springs. I have two cousins that live in right where the fires are - fortunately they are just north and doing fine.
Prayers for those who live there and those who have family there.

Spare a little thought for some of us freezing right now, was -11degC the other night in my area. Really needed a quilt or two on the bed that night.

the quilts are gorgeous! i love the bright warm colors, and then cool beachiness ( boy, i hope i spelled that right! lol). summer is one of my four favorite seasons!

prayers and thoughts going out to those in peril from the fires, and that includes those fighting it. strength and faith to all!
