WE NEED PLAYERS FOR THE GOODIE SWAP!!!!

Come on folks you don't have to make anything big. Just throw a scrappy quilt block together or a pincushion. It doesn't have to be anything that takes alot of time to make. This is a small swap just for fun.

Maybe you have an orphan quilt block. You could frame it and send it or you could add borders and make it a small wall hanging. most of us have something that was started and set down. Now's your chance to clear another small project off your ufo list.

If you're good at poetry you could write a poem for your partner. You could send something fun like a fun fabric,. It doesn't have to be anything that takes alot of time.

You could send old quilt magazines or any quilt patterns you dont want anymore. It doesnt' have to be something you make.

As long as it relates to quilting feel free to explore any ideas for gifts or goodies!! Hot chocolate for sipping while you read your magazines and or chocolate to sweeten the day.

My mom is always finding quilt articles in magazines like Family Circle etc and saving them for me. so if you are one to save articles you could share those with your partner.

Organization tips and any tips and tricks you use could be passed along in your pkg. We all love to find new ways to do things. I love to save pics of organizing ideas.

I'm out of ideas but maybe someone else will come up iwth some.

Of course anything you want to make like a pincushion or mugrug or whatever is more than welcome too!

Rhonda, I would love to swap. I don't swap when it is something specific, like the bag. I don't always have time to make a specific item. Just thought I would explain why I do not participate sometimes. Also, sometimes the swaps are so close together I am not sure what is being swapped. Must be my halfheimers kicking in !!!!

I'll swap with someone again . Hopefully my computer won't break down like last week! I was hacked and had to hurry up and make something cause I didn't know if there were enough for the last swap. It worked out alright though, I think!

These swaps can only survive if someone keeps them active! so if you love swaps jump in and have fun swapping!!
I am keeping this simple so not much time involved and it's just a quick pick me up. not a major event to have to struggle through!! You don't have to sew unless you want to!
