I'm finally sewing again. Here is my mug rug in progress. I am using 1 1/4" pieced squares. they are Kansas Dugouts made with my shortcut method.
I'm thinking it will be a center of the mugrug about 6" finished. then maybe add strips to the sides to make it rectangular. I was going to piece the whole thing but thought maybe the strips or some other addition might be more interesting. I'll figure that out after I get the center quilt block finished.
THis is only 2/3rd of the center,. I still need to sew together more blocks for the other third.
