Rhonda's Third Wall Hanging Swap -March to June
Welcome to our 3rd Wall Hanging Swap!
Here is how the Swap works!
You have 4 months to make a wall hanging of your choice.
All techniques are allowed.
Sign up any time you like - there is no deadline to sign up
As long as you have a wall hanging ready to mail by June 28th you can join us any time!
On June 24th I will send an address to each quilter
You will then send your wall hanging to the quilter who's address you get.
You will not have a partner. You won't know who is sending to you til you get it in the mail.
Please Post Pics of: (Not required but this would be great)
Fabric you are going to use or thinking of using
Embellishments you are using
Progress pictures would be nice!!
I would like to see some sharing of ideas and conversation along the way!!
That is the really fun part!!
Requirements:
100% Cotton
Prewashing or not is up to you
Sign up:
Just post on the thread if you are willing to send a wall hanging.
If this is your first time in the swap please pm me with your address
and if you can send international or not.
If you have any allergies make sure to let me know.
Size and Type of Quilt Block:
A wall hanging should be smaller than a lap quilt but larger than a mug rug.
You can use any technique and any style any colors.
Embellishments are a fun way to add to your wall hanging if you like

Oh,oh oh, please sign me up! I have a few ideas so I" have to select 1. Have been collecting cat fabrics for a few years so something with cats might be cute. But also have veggie fab & a little kitchen wall quilt might be fun too. Or one for sewing room. See, too many ideas

welcome to the swap Joyce and the sky is the limit on what you make. any shape is just fine. Hope you enjoy! and feel free to post any pictures along the way. the more pictures the better! since noone knows who will get which wall hanging you won't be spoiling any surprises by posting pics.

This sounds like fun. I have gathered several patterns suitable for Wall Hangings and/or Table Toppers. I hope to start one in the next week or so. If I get it completed, I will join this swap.
