I'm just putting first and last name and city and state and country. By that time, I have no room for anymore.

I signed up, or at least I did what I thought I had to do, but my name isn't on the list.

NorBanaquilts hasn't been here since the 5th so I'm sure she will catch up on the list when she comes back.

I'm going to sign up also so that makes about 5 more not on the list I think.
I have 45 done! I think they are the most boring block I have ever done so I don't know how many I will get done but they are not due for another month so hopefully I'll get all of them done for everyone.
(If not maybe all you overachievers can make a few extra and put my name on them! ;-) )

I did notice NorBanaquilts did drop her hostessing of all her other swaps. Anyone know what's up with that?
I hope all is well with her. :-D

Since my online name IS my name, I'm putting my first name, last name, City, State, U.S.A. and 2010.

I know some of you have long online names.. so you'll be doing more printing on your blocks..

and here I had been thinking perhaps I should have some cute name to go by.. lucked out this time didn't I?

Just wondering (this will be my first time mailing blocks)...
how do you all plan to send your blocks? In a box or big envelope or what?

Thanks

Thanks for all of the replies.
I have been signing my whole name then city state and USA and then my user name and May 2010.
So far I have only signed 20 but it seems like so much more. My fingers have started to cramp. So I think maybe if I try to do ten at a time and do these sessions through out the day or night. I should get them done.

my son (baby) left for boot camp yesterday and this has to be hardest thing I have gone through since my husband went to Iraq. I plan to keep busy quilting. I hope it works.

I have to agree I think this is a very boring block to make and the signing really makes my thumb ache, but it will be so much fun to get them all back, then the real fun will start.
I have signed about 80 so far. I put my first name, last Initial, city and state. Siggie Exchange 2010. I didn't put U.S. A. not sure I have room but I'll look, either way I'm not re-doing the 80 already done!

I wouldn't re-do anything either. I think it will be more interesting anyway if we don't all write the exact same thing or if we change it up a little.

If there is 5 more not down yet, then we should have 166 + 4 extras and 1 for anybody else that signs up! WOW what a lot of little boring blocks to make! I have to agree with AKAngel, it will be worth it when we get to start design the quilts they will go into!!

Karen---I know it's a hard think to go through but I know you are PROUD OF THEM BOTH!!! Just remember to send lots and lots of letters and motivational quotes. I did that for my son and he said that he loved the quotes and passed them around to everyone. I even got a card and had his friends sign it and I got one for my work to sign also. I know you probably already know all this since your husband is over seas. What branch is your husband in?

Just know that WE are also PROUD of them too!!
