Yep, I'm in! We talked via PM, but should I send an "official sign-up" PM? All of my info is the same.

I also want to say thank you to two someones who made very sweet and generous offers. Things worked themselves out as far as the swap, but I soooo appreciate your kindness. There really are some angels here!

Now to ir0n and square up my blocks, as soon as I get a chance.

Two sets finished. I promise that they're square. I took the picture with them on a chair, that's why they look wonky. (Y'all are lucky I edited out my bare feet. LOL)

I was going to pass on this one so I can work on making the quilt tops, but I just can't resist. I will also join this one!! I'll make as many sets as I can. Sewbiz, you should have my info. Let me know if I need to resend.

I love the white and I have several 2.5" pieces already cut. Let the 9Ps begin.

D.Henson! That was exactly my thought! Pass on this swap, because I'm still working on the tops from the last swaps. lol It's so hard to resist a 9patch swap though! They are totally fun.

givio, we can certainly make more the next round. Even if I make only 3 sets, that's a start!!! If there is not another round, we can make a table runner!!

I too am secretly hoping for another round! I've decided that the blocks from this swap will be the Irish Chain setting and I'll gift it to my eldest sister for Christmas.

Thanks, Ladies. I have all my sets stacked on my 15" square on my machine. All I have to do is pick them up and chain piece. I have a great-great niece that I'm going to use these for in memory of her grandmother, my only sister.

I just came back from the quilt show in Madison, WI. If anyone is near here next year GO! Huge amount of quilts and vendors. We only walked through and scanned and it still took us 4.5 hours!!

The bad thing is I didnít find any white solid fabrics that didnít have the edges pinked. Not crazy about those. So off to the fabric store next week

I have started my 9p. Can anyone give a hint on how to keep the fabrics so you don't repeat any in the same baggy? I'm sure this is going to be a challenge for me.

I made 40 today. What I did was sew strips, and once I had 10 of one fabric I ‘retired’ it into the ‘done’ pile. I am making 10 blocks of a kind, and when I have my 100 made I will redistribute them into 10 bags or sets. I lay out 10 bags on the table, and taking the first group of 10 of a kind, I pass them out, one on each bag. Then I do the same with the next 10 of a kind... until I have my 10 piles on 10 bags, with 10 different blocks to go into each bag.

Red, that sounds like a huge quilt show. Glad you got to go. I’m going to the Fall show in Paducah next week and can’t wait!

Just finished packing mine up. Glad I did them ahead of time, because craft fair preparations are getting hectic. My first one is September 22. Yikes! It's one I've never done before, and it's in a rather out-of-the-way, rural location. I'm not sure what the turnout will be like. Hope it's not a total flop. At least it's a beautiful drive over Lookout Mountain.

Is it too soon to mail?
