Sewnsewer2, I'm glad you like them. I had planned to do more placemat but just got behind. I twisted my ankle really bad and just couldn't get motived to do much since I have been walking on crutches! It is getting better slowly! My hubby actually reallylike the sunflower and was a bit sad imailed it off!

SandyinZ4 - I did receive package 2 that has "Open 2nd". USPS is really bad about keeping things together and delivering on time. I gave you my work address to ship to since i live on a dead end gravel road and postal people don't like driving up to deliver packages. I should get the 1st package Monday I am guessing because our office is closed on Saturdays. I left the package 2 at my office cause I know me.... I wouldn't be able to wait if i had brought it home! lol

Hi Lisa,
Sorry I did not get your work address. I just got what the person in charge of swap sent me. Otherwise, for sure, I would have sent it to your work. I couldn't write to you because we were suppose to be secret swappers. :-( So sorry. Hope that #1 gets there okay and I hope you like what I sent.

I finally got a job....but for this 8-5er, I now work 6-3. OMG, talk about a messed up schedule and I am on my feet all of it, don't know if this will last but sure glad I got my project done early. I promise to mail out tomorrow. Tried to today, but I found out our little local PO has cut hours. It will be headed to the Mountain area as a hint.
It's beautiful!! Congrats on the new job.

Shannon, you are so welcome. Good thing I got it done early because I have had the flu for the last 2 weeks and hadn't even been in my sewing room!

Two weeks without sewing? How in the world are you still sane? I hope you feel better soon! It's been a nasty flu season here. Everyone's had it at some point, except us (knock on wood). We've had other things instead though. I was sick for Thanksgiving and Christmas and am thankful not since I got over them both. I flew home from Denmark with a head cold and my right ear has been ringing ever since. My doctor referred me to my ENT, who has been trying a couple different things, but now it's allergy season & it's hard to tell if anything is working because the effects of the allergies counteract the meds. He said the next thing to try is to put tubes in my ears. In the meantime, I've lost 10 decibels of hearing in that ear that I may or may not get back.

Alright tomorrow I will PM my partner she has to have it by now. She posted once to say she signed up. Not a talker Sewnsewer flu two weeks? so sorry girl. Mine had the fever for 10 days not a picnic at all and out here in CA the cold cough thing is lasting about 6 weeks it seems. I will hope the warmer weather will help you heal a little faster. a few minutes even 10 outside might just help dry things up. oh wait! your in FL not dry heat at all. oh heck. well sewing, sewing drys things up. get into the sewing room. it has a healing affect for me hope it does for you too.
