Well my package is ready to close up and will be on its way first thing in the morning. I waited till the mailing date because I love to add little extras and fun things to my packages and I wanted everything to be as fresh as possible. . . . . but when I re-read my SS's wish list I decided that she really was very specific about what she didn't want so I decided to stick to the basics. I hope she likes everything!

Me and my husband got our SS packages out to the post office today, so they are on their way. Mine is headed NE. His is head N and a little bit W. The man at the post office wasn't too happy to see us coming with our goodies. We had to figure out which box would hold everything for each of us. We kept taking out and rearranging, but finally got it done. Whew!

Yep peanut brittle will be heading out to KS tomorrow along with the rest of the goodies! Hope my SS like the stuff-she didn't give me a whole lot to go on, but I managed . Can't wait til the 9th. Leota hope and pray that your hubby is feeling better soon.

I heard the jingle of bells in my driveway today and there was my SS package waiting for me. No rattles or jingles from inside. Nothing seems to be moving or breathing in there so guess it will be OK until Dec 9. Good thing I'll be gone for almost a week and won't have to look at it. Thanks to Santa, whoever you are.

Got my package today! My husband took it away from me because I kept shaking it. He seems to think I might break something if I keep shaking it! Can't wait til Christmas......December 9. I might have to have a drink with Dreamer in the naughty corner!! I haven't looked forward to something so much as I have this. I am so glad I joined this board and the SS. You all keep me laughing and excited about quilting.
