Wanda, hope you're feeling OK. You're is on hold for the moment. Both of my machines are in the shop.

Skaduzy, love that table topper! I'll bet your partner would have been happy to have it!

Miss Nancy! Congratulations Grandma! Now you will have that long sought after revenge on your daughter as she experiences motherhood first hand. We need a photo of the wee one! C'mon! Share!

I finished my doll quilt this evening and will get it on its way to AlaskaAlice tomorrow! I have kept fabric, patterns and all things sewing for 40 years and am shocked at what a "collector" I am.....but alas I am now ready to dive in and start sorting and get rid of a lot of it-it took me this long to admit I'm never going to use most of it....now that being said-lets see how I do! Oh, I tend to sort and just make new piles then back into other containers and wait a few more years, ya never know when you might need that!

applique tomorrow today was a blow out day. went for dialysis they said your clotted going to the hospital asap so I spent a wonderful day in surgery at the hospital with an angioplasty AGAIN (twice this year already) I was so unimpressed. I just got home from the hospital a week ago so I was oh sonot anxious to go back. ARGH pirates. this is no fun. wanted: kidneys asap please. everyone say a prayer one shows up soon. in the mean time I am going to spend the next day off finishing applique and quilting my dq. only project on the menu for tomorrow so I should get really far on it finally. sorry for being so slow.

skaduzy, what a gorgeous quilt, love the fabrics and if I was your partner, I wouldn't have minded it being just a little over the 'required' size. I think mine may go a little over one way this month too but I didn't want to squish the flowers too much

Juanita, lovely DQ you got from vanogay, is that a little butterfly that has landed on your DQ?
