Fun choices, btw! Could we think about other sizes than 12" to shake things up? 6 inches? 9? Any size blocks, to result in a sampler quilt? Rectangles? Just trying to think outside the block, so to speak.

Belles answers: I vote for a 9-inch finished Basket Block with pastel flowers and an off-white background to be set on point. March 1 deadline sounds doable.
Basket block set on point with light or white background, pastel flowers either applique or part of the block design. 9 inch sounds good.

After we decide on the main color theme, we can be a little more detailed in the specific colors.

Red/White/Blue swap deadline will be May 31, 2010, for those of you who like to think ahead.
March 31 and May 31 are perfect deadlines!
