What did you do with all your "old" fabric? LOL

I put the old fabric scraps into a bag to go overseas to in hospital military. They make blocks from scraps or FQs & send their finished blocks back to us. Our Quilts of Valor group turns their blocks into quilts then send the finished quilts back to them! The docs say it is good therapy for them. Several organizations sent them sewing machines. Last year we sent them rotary cutters, rulers, and the like plus patterns & lots of fabric but they always need scraps! Now you know!

Question: if only a handful sign up, do you cut fewer sets? Or get duplicates? Or keep sign ups open until you have 20 participants? Thanks! I have the 20 sets, but I don't really want duplicates.
