Default DH and I made a stand for my Big Shot Pro

I made the plans in sketchup software. Bought hardwood plywood at Lowes and used some leftover 2 x 4 pieces. I also used a kreg pocket hole jig. I can't paint it outside right now-it's way too cold. So I'll paint it in the spring. There are locking casters on it so I can move it around-it is pretty heavy. The shelf inside is removable and adjustable. I can fit my long dies in there (right now they're still in our old house) and as you can see, my normal size dies.

Looks terrific. You gotta love woodworking DHs. Mine is priceless to me. Not sure which Kreg jib my DH has but he loves it.

Unfortunately my DH really does not like woodworking. He cuts the wood for me and will help me lift and hold things in place if I need it but otherwise it's all me. He is always willing to help if I ask for it though. I'm hoping as I make more things that he'll start liking it more. I can always dream, right?

I like your cabinet -- I'm using an old nightstand for my E-bosser- the dies are in the drawers.

I looked for something ready made but the big shot pro alone is about 50 lbs. Not to mention the pressure when it's being used. I was afraid something like a night stand or printer stand (which is one thing I looked at) wouldn't hold up under that kind of weight.

I help my DH with remodel projects and he does lovely work. It's fun and quality time creating things together. Enjoy your new stand!

I love it! Wish my hubby would make me one. He is not good with making stuff. I really like how it holds the dies

Oh, that's wonderful. My dad would build anything I asked. He always could figure things out. My husband can do wood, but won't.
