Excellent solution! An ironing board is great for ironing shirts, but I found it *less than ideal* for ironing fabric for quilts.

Seriously...binding strips that are a few hundred inches long...you just open up the desk and pull up the chair and you can sit comfortably folding and ironing.

I have a cabinet, different color I use to sew on. I have a perfect spot for it.
