Such a cute name for your own private space. I love it. And you really did score on the cabinetry. I thought I did well with mine several years ago, but mine are all open shelves, and looks cluttered all the time because I don't have doors to shut it off. Even doors with windows would be better than what I have. But I can't handle all the makeover process, so I am going to just make do with what I have. Good luck, and do let us watch as you go along.

Great, just cover those glass doors with something...film, fabric etc. because the light WILL FADE your fabric. You'll get fade lines. Can't tell you how much fabric I've received from people that has been ruined from the light. I think they'll function fabulously.

Love the cabinetry.PS JoAnn- I only have open shelving also, but found some great curtains at a yard sale. Put them up with tension rods. It keeps the light from fading fabrics.
