Thanks for sharing!! It sure is great having hubbies that help us out, eh??!! My dh built me a design wall last year, and I am finding I need another one, too...as I also use mine for spray basting my quilts (have to add 505 spray baste only!!). So a big thank you to you and your dh for sharing this idea!!

I hear what your saying about not enough room for more blocks had to make a second design wall too but just did it on 2 basement walls...
