What I would like best is a little robot person who puts fabric back in the exact spot from which it was taken, remembers which beautiful pattern was in which magazine, senses when tea is necessary and makes it perfectly and stands at the ready to iron every seam as I sew it. It would also be nice if this nifty little robot person could attract fallen threads and deal with dust bunnies.Other than that, my room is large and bright and airy and storage should not be a problem. Sharing it with DH (one little table for his home management) and DD who crafts in the corner is quite sociable. Fabrics are stored safely and out of reach of the harsh sunlight in a walk-in fireproof storeroom (that I inherited when homeshooling was finished), so life is a song!

I have a totally awesome sewing room (it has taken me a while to get there). These are some of my favorite features: great lighting, large design wall, rolling cutting table that is at a height perfect for me, u shape sewing station, lots of storage, large ironing board, and SPACE.
I used this board as inspiration for some of the stuff I did in my sewing room too.

You have one serious sewing studio. I have seen LQS that don't look that good.
