That is a great idea - you did a wonderful job. Just raised the bar a little higher for the other husbands.

Seriously, I think your husband should sit down and figure what a reasonable cost would be for his materials, labor and shipping and see if he can make himself some money. I've read over and over people are interested BUT money would be a factor as well. I think it's just fantastic.

I also think the quilt you have hanging is wonderful and looks like stained glass. Very talented couple.

You get the husband of the year award! I have thought of something like this for ages but have not approached my DH, who is a woodworker. I just sent him your pictures. Is there a pattern? What kind of ball bearings did you use and how did you install them? Did you use pre-made slides? Thanks SO MUCH for these pictures.

Wow! She's a lucky lady. You are very talented and should really patent this and sell them.

Wonderful, got to be a great husband. If you are near SC I sure could use a cabinet like that. Hope you enjoy it.

    Donald,
You are the most awesome hubby ever! The cabinet you made is wonderful; you need to patent your design.

I use the same kind of spools for my general sewing and also for other machines. I would love to have a storage unit for all of thread also. Sure wish I could buy one lie that.

Donald. If you will not sell your product. Are you willing to sell your pattern?

I'm with you. I'd buy the pattern and find a cabinet maker near me.

Sorry folks, I don't have a pattern. I made it on the fly to fit in a certain space.

Can you write up a pattern. I sounds like several of us will be willing to buy it.
    You are very talented.

Fabric is like money, no matter how much you have it's never enough.
