Great Job Donald! I, too, am very sorry you don't have a pattern. A couple of questions please.

1) How long is the ball bearing slide mechanism & did you buy it at a local ie...Lowe's, Home Depot, or did you have to order it off the Internet? If so, where? Are these slides different from regular drawer slides?
2) Did you use the small dowels on a flat 2x2 as the items for the thread to be placed on?
3) Could you take a couple more pictures of the back of the pull outs and of the thread storage area with several of the spots for thread open so we can see how you put it together?

I know....asking a lot, aren't I? Sure hope you will share this info with us. My husband is very capable & has all the woodworking skills, but isn't really interested in my quilting & won't come up with ideas to help me out unless I am "very" specific. Then he's a Wonder Guy!

I'm surveying my sewing area right now to see just where one of these could go.
