    Smile My new craft room

Here it is! Took me 2 months to paint this bugger because of all the fun stuff on the walls. The only thing really missing from this room are my 2 spinning wheels (because I haven't quite figured out where to put them) and the scrapbooking stuff that sits in 3 totes under our bed. (Click photos to make them bigger)

Totes with various yarns and fibers. Book case partially filled with books, partially filled with fabric and yarn. Scrap bin on top.

What a wonderful space, especially like your sewing table lots of space behind your sewing machine.

Thanks, everyone! I love my colors. They really are uplifting and cheerful. I have two OTT lights here so it really makes everything bright and happy.

Also, yes, I DO live in a forest. Here's a shot of the back-yard. Not from today. Today is dark and blah.

It is so wonderful to have your own room for sewing and crafting! Nice to be able to close the door and leave it "as is",too!

Thanks, everyone! DH isn't entirely sure why giving me the den has made me so incredibly happy but he figures it doesn't matter as long as I'm happy.

I have my own sewing room and love it.it is a big room of 14 feet x 13 feet a jammed packed of fabrics, crafts, etc. A mess right now as I am sorting and trying to organize(again). My husband has promised me he is going to design and make a sewing table / cabinet this year for my sewing machine, serger and storage.
