Great sewing room. Never have to leave this room, just spend the day in here. :-)

Looks like those wire baskets are ideal for storing thread. Great sewing room.

You have been very wise in the use of your space. Amazing how much you are able to have in there and it does not appear to be cluttered or cramped. Great job in creating this lovely work place. Thank you for sharing.

My kids are grown and it's just me and my husband and we don't really have company since we live so far from town that I've been thinking about storing my dining room table (we never sit at it, we sit at the kitchen table) in one of my outbuildings and putting up the long arm there. It has perfect lighting and lots of room. Would that look horrible if someone out of the blue showed up at my house?
Who cares what someone out of the blue thinks! Use your space the way that works for you. I have a friend whose studio (not quilting) is in the dining room.
