    New sewing/crafting room

I retired 12/31/11 and have finally finished redoing my office/sewing space into my new "Creative Space." (The cabinet with the Featherweight on it was my Grandma's.)

Wow what a great space. I love all the light. Your quilt inspector seem to have given final approval. Enjoy your new room and retirement.

Your creative space looks great. I like your furry sewing buddy too.

The sewing cabinet is the Horn Super Quilters' Dream plus rolling cart. It was my retirement gift to myself and I love it!

Great space and I also love your Horn cabinet. That's the one I drool over. Maybe some day ..... Your poochie friend is a cutie too. Guess he/she watches over you before, during, and after sewing.

As soon as I saw your sewing cabinet, I recognized it, as I have one exactly like it. I, too, love this cabinet. I have found that with the back part up (like yours is) I can hide a lot of "stuff "on the floor in that cubby hole area and no one knows it is there. PERFECT. I love your area & thanks for sharing.

Love your new sewing room. I am in the process of tearing mine apart and re-organizing it. It is long and narrow and I share one side wich is my "closet" but the other side and rest of the center is all for sewing and scrapping - well, we'll see what comes of it.

HAPPY RETIREMENT!!! I LOVE your sewing space. My favorite part is the sewing cabinet. I will have to put that on my list, so when I can go back to work, I can save up for one. Thank you for sharing.

    Have a blessed day/week a head.
