That looks really good. And functional. I'm interested in the table and the legs. I wonder if an IKEA set of legs and table top would work, since we moved very close to an IKEA. Thanks for the idea. Nice job.

I don't know about IKEA legs. Are they height adjustable? If so, take a look and see if you can adjust them enough to work for your height. The ones I bought adjust in 1" increments from 19 3/4" up to 28 3/4". A normal table height is 29". Depending on the height of your machine from the needle plate to the bottom, you will need to be able to adjust the table legs so the table surface is 2 or more inches lower than the level of whatever table(s) you are going to use to the left and behind.

The legs I bought from Amazon were $64.99 for a set of 4 with free shipping. If the IKEA ones don't work for you do a search on Amazon for "Adjustable Table Leg Set-Set of 4". I tried to figure out how to copy the amazon page url, but can't seem to get it to work.

Thanks for sharing...it's tough to come up with a plan using what you have without too much additional costs...in a limited space no less. We can't all be blessed with 20 x 20 feet (or larger) studios.

This is true, but we can dream LOL!

Well you meet the challenge of getting the most out of a small work space. Everything looks very user friendly and give your self a reward for a job well done!

RRYDER...one more question......what is the height from the floor to the top of the Brother's extension table? I am using one of those laminated wood folding tables and am thinking the height is too high for me. I'm 5'4" and just wondering what your correct height ended up being for the Brother? I have the same machine and love it, love it...I won't set it in....I'll just put it on top of the table......So, can you either send me the table height or the total height from floor to top of extension table (level with the feed dog plate).

Thanks!
