The beginnings of my new basement sewing/quilting studio
 

Here are pictures of the beginnings of my new studio. I am so happy to finally be able to make this happen. No windows so I am using bright colors and lots of lighting. I will keep you posted as it progresses. Can hardly wait for it to be complete. Here are pictures of my finished basement so far. Although it does have a lot more in it now than the pictures show. I am enjoying it so much.

Good for you, enjoy the journey. What will the size of the room be? Wow it looks soooo big!
I do have a separate sewing rm. but it is only 10 X 10, so is full. I have antique sewing related things. Especially toy sewing machines & half dolls (pincushion dolls). Think I need to get rid of some antiques & get more storage pieces. It is my haven away from the TV as DH just retired this past yr.

love the floor color, did you have the paint custom tinted?
