Jewlwery Armoire
4 Attachment(s)
I actually got this a couple years ago, so now I can tell you it's tried & true. I got it at the Salvation Army for $20, no knobs. Got cheap knobs, added some command strip hooks for rulers and it works great. Necklace hooks on the inside 'wings' hold scissors & small rulers. Hooks on back hold long rulers. The ring drawer is great for machine needle packets. I put it on a small inexpensive furniture dolly & can roll it where ever I need it.
EEK Can't edit typo in title!!!!:o |
What a great idea! You are so inventive!!!
|
Very clever and it looks so nice!
|
Now that is clever and for those with very little space and no place to put pegboard. Wow!! very clever!! So many drawers are not long enough for some rulers.
|
Great idea!
|
WOW - No I really need to find one. What a great use. Thanks for sharing.

I would never have enough jewelry to fill one .. now sewing stuff... that I can surely fill one. Great use , now to find one at the thrift store.

That is the same dolly I put under a small sheet of plywood/chipboard and put my large 3 drawer sterlite and my 4 drawer on top of 2 boards and holds a lot of my stuff in the office. I got my Frontier (brand name) black with chrome handles put together the other day and got it loaded with a lot of my tools, needles, scissors, etc and it is on wheels to move whereever. can't get a pic yet, will try for one tomorrow.
|
Nice re-use and re-purpose! I love your organization.

I just love the way a quilters brain works.

Sew clever! And what a steal for $20.

Perfect! And you can have everything you need right where you need it.

Good job. I never would have thought to do that with it ! Now I want one too. hugs

How very creative!

What a great way to repurpose one of those. But can you just imagine if a thief breaks in (God forbid!) and thinks he has found the mother lode of jewelry and then opens it....
|
Seriously a cool idea! And better yet I have one cluttered with old jewelry broken or I never wear. Thank you for sharing, I like how you think!
