Enjoy your space, it will be nice to just close the door instead of having to pickup everything when you're in the middle of a project. Won't take long to fill up your closet with lots of to do things. Kitty better check it out while she has a chance. Nice space.

I actually put up all of my received swap quilts/stuff, and a baby quilt I made, so the room looks more 'homey'. Looks/feels warmer that way too! I also added a box spring to the bed so it sits higher, and put a nicer sheet set on it. I should probably take new pics! :)

Yes, it's a thread holder. The top two rows are even smaller to hold bobbins or the smaller spools. Pity it doesn't hold cones though, as I've started using them. :( It's one of the many odd items I inherited from my grandmother. I got it years ago, and actually used it for keys and stuff until I took up sewing this past August! :)
