New studio almost finished!
 

I love to look at everyone's work spaces and ideas, so I wanted to share mine! After many years, I am finally getting a 'girl cave'. I have posted pictures on my blogspot listed below but will go ahead and post a before picture here. I won't get to load everything in the space for a week or two...but I am ready.

And yes, I am having hot pink floors...this is a space that I can do 'whatever' I please...
PS I don't think I will ever return after entering it's portals..... lol

They are 'very berry' pink..still have a second coat to go. The floor is freaking me out a bit, but I think once everything is loaded in, they will be great. I llive in an old victorian house which I have kept kind of traditional and stately so this is my space to go crazy!

Be sure and post pictures after you get through. Can't wait to see it. I am envy green for you.

I use the interlocking mats (harbor freight or Wally) for my concrete floors . Sure makes it alot nice to walk on them than cold concrete. Its nice to have a place to spread out for sure (I have a 3/4 of a 2 car garage, hubs has the other 1/4 + a shed for his hobbies ...LOL).

You are going to enjoy your room so much. Be sure and show us finished pics.

That is an incredible space Difergie. Love the floor color. I am envious to say the least:) It inspires creativity doesn't it? Congratulations on your new space.

Very cool!! Is it connected to your house? I'm wondering, because I just moved into a new house and have a choice - small room in the house, or very large room in the pole barn/garage. Large room is dry-wall, and old carpet on floor, but could be nice fixed-up.

Checked your blog! Beautiful sewing studio. Can't imagine having that much room! Congratulations!

I have a roll of cream, brown Berber carpet that will get put down if ever it gets up.

Wow!!!! Lucky you!!!! I'm resigned to the basement, with no windows, for now. I dream of my own space, with big windows to look out over the woods while I create!!!! Love the Floor!!!! It looks awesome, and would make me smile too!!!

Isn't it fun? I should not be envious, I have a nice spare bedroom, plus bonus garret room for my sewing space. But I've never gotten to build one from scratch. Have fun in your "girl cave!"
