Are you talking a single rope or an actual cable? Www.theinboxjaunt.com has a machine quilted cable that is a simple S shape going back and forth across a border. It could easily become a hand quilting design with no stopping for thread knots.

Your link doesn't take you anywhere, you get a message saying that name is available. Did you maybe misspell it?

That is a great site! She sure can make a lot of different designs with FMQ. I can make squiggles and swirly loops, but not much else. I may have to give FMQ another try.

Sometimes they will work with the www, and sometimes not. A good thing to try, whenever a given web address does not work ... might work, might not! |
Thanks for the link.

Thanks for the link. I posted it to Pinterest so I can have it "on demand".

Thanks for the link. Nice to know there are tutorials for no charge. Very nice designs.

That is truly a fun and exciting site. I saved it to my bookmark so I can go back again and again

replace the capital letter at the front with a small w and it works or type it in. I used a traced design on paper for my rope which was easy to pin on and follow because the Nancy Johnson rulers I ordered from Quilter's Rule didn't arrive in time. I have them now and find them easy to use but I do have to increase the width to get the look I want.

Great site, and thanks for the insight into a few more www mysteries!
