Fabulous! What a nice large space!

What are you using for heat and cooling? Is it coming from the house or will you have a separate unit for that space?

Commercial short pile carpeting does survive well - I have some in our basement - over concrete - and it still looks good - except for where I dropped the iron and fray check got on it.

Will you have any drop down extension cords or floor outlets?

Ay high on the wall outlets for TV? are you putting some of your outlets 30-36 inches off the floor? I have some that are that high - and I love them - don't have to crawl on the floor to use them.

Off white should be fine, but I HIGHLY recommend you install more lights! If you use LED you can put them on a dimmer.

we will have two registers that will put air out there. we will close off in winter time because the cement has heat

in the floor. we will see what the cement floor looks like after he gets it polished up. but we would put down laminate

. other wise use area rugs and just the polished cement our outlets are 2 1/2 feet from the floor and we have a fan and
we have two outlets coming down from ceiling over my sewing machines.

I'm at approximately the same point as you! I've had a door and three windows put into a pre-existing extra garage, the electric has been run, my ceiling fan with 5 LED lights has been installed, and my duel heating/air conditioning unit has been installed and is working. My space is less than half the size of yours at 16' X 20', but I have a total of 22 outlets at 3' apart and 4' high. This contractor still needs to install my screened storm windows and a motion detector porch light. Now I'll be buying and installing insulation as I can afford it, to be followed by buying drywall and installing it as I can afford it. My best friend bought some sticky-backed paper and printed a picture of buttons on it, and covered all of my outlet and switchplate covers with it. They look great! It will probably take me about a year to get it finished, but I'll get it done! 😃
