I live so close ( walking distance from an IKEA) ... way too many things that I find are quite quilter friendly. I had not spotted this one ... I can see strips sets in my sewing room hanging from the back.

If wall space is available, hang the chair from a Shaker wooden peg or two, and you can hang the quilts higher. Just another idea for all you to consider.

Just checked Ikea Australia and it is only $49.99 here which is $46.64 US go figure!!!!!

Perfect for displaying a couple of my vintage sewing machines on the seat and shelf! Wish you could have put the link. ;)

Wish I had the room for it, as it is I have to move things to be able to get to my machine. I still love it and all the ideas for it are fantastic. I am still lookin for a small quilt ladder to fit in the corner be my grandmother's treadle machine I have in the dining room.
Thanks. Judy B |

Thanks. I just came across a ladder at gwizpro.com. It's a veteran-owned company. You might check it out. They custom-make and the price didn't seem bad. I'm thinking my son should make me one!
