where can I buy boards that come inside fat quarters?

I use used fabric boards to store my fabric 3 yds to 15 yds......I use comic boards to wrap my 1/2 yd to 3 yd fabrics......But where can I buy the boards that come in store bought fat quarters? Cutting up my comic boards is tedious work. Any Ideas?

sometimes you can get them from the fabric store if they are going to throw them out you can cut them down to the size you need

M.I. Late on this board used to sell boards. They were great and not very expensive. Reusable too. She had all sizes. You could send her and see if she still sells them. I bought a bunch a few years ago and they are still like new. She was really prompt and I had a great experience with buying them from her. I was very satisfied.

You could look online: https://www.paperpieces.com/shop/Pol...-x5291209.html.

BARES is also correct. I bought some from M.I.Late as well. Here is the thread, but it is several years old: http://www.quiltingboard.com/items-s...e-t223333.html

When I organized my stash on comic boards I just used an old rotary blade and my ruler to cut the comic boards. Quick and easy!

I ordered mine from Amazon. I have Prime so no shipping fees.

What the FQ's come on is actually called chipboard (used in print shops for notepad backs). Here is a link that has different sizes and weight.

When I googled chipboard it also listed Michael's, DickBlick among others.

I do to if I need smaller boards. but another idea is to use index cards. 3 1/2"x5". Not as thick but work as well.
