How lovely - I was a bit confused because I couldn't see a sewing machine, then I thought, maybe she does it all by hand, then I looked again, and think it could be hiding under that cover on the top photo.

Not jealous at all. No, really, I'm not, well, maybe just a little.

Beautiful area. I'm sure you enjoy it and it is nice that it is apparently a daylight basement and that you have windows.

Judy, this is hilarious! My house is 200 years old and exactly the same as yours. When I saw the pictures, I said exactly your first sentence. And the bedrooms, empty since the daughters left home, are too cold in winter to sew. So I use my living room and pack it all up when company comes. Chris, I love your room and am also jealous!
