I love your sewing room! I also call mine "my happy place". Lately, it's become my extremely messy happy place! For a little bit, I think I've lost my quilting "mojo".......so I'm happily doing some charity knitting. Maybe today or tomorrow, I'll get in there and try to make some sense of different projects just hanging around (Quilts of Valor quilt - need to finish sewing the last block/clue, Quilts of Valor - different quilt that needs to be quilted and bound, 2 bookmarks that my neices want me to make for them, .....maybe it's not so bad.......)!

Good to see a messy, homey sewing room! Mine is the same. But it's my mess and I love it there. I can hardly wait to get back to work in mine. Work as in quilting, not cleaning up

That to me just looks like organized chaos.... Everything in its place, and I bet you know right where everything is.

Gosh, I don't think it's too bad!

I don't have a dedicated space. DH has taken over the basement with pool table and office, and for whatever reason is reluctant to make one of the spare rooms a sewing room. I've basically taken over the family room - which is mostly fine, as the family is grown and gone, lol. It just doesn't look nice as it's open concept into the kitchen, which just had a major remodel.

It really doesn’t look messy, but a well-used quilting studio. If a room is sterile, it doesn’t look used.

I guess I should take some pictures of mine.
