Question - What size to cut squaring-up triangles

    You won't need quite that much, but I like to use the same size square, cut diagonally, because then I can trim down the finished blocks to be perfectly square.
    I know there is a formula for the "perfect size" that is then sewn "perfectly" but I am not that person.
    I do like my blocks trimmed square before doing sashing or just sewing them together...it makes a better finished quilt top!
