Does anyone want to do these menus & grocery list for me…. Just not feeling good at all today but this has to get done. Gotta get groceries tomorrow. Will be nonstop for the entire month of Dec. Yep, I'm stressing already and haven't even started. As organized as I try to stay, it doesn't help much. I am known as the walking calendar. If it's not on my to do list or my calendar, it doesn't exist. I think the list is a mile long and the calendar is jam packed EVERY day.

    You need to revise your calendar and daily to-do list to make some "me time" for your self. Not only are you a walking calendar but you are also a walking heart attack, nervous breakdown and several other stress related illnesses. Read the daily obits for a few days and pay attention to the ages of the deceased and listen to what people are saying about deaths of family members and friends. You will soon realize that more young people ( 25-55 ) are dying everyday from stress related illnesses. Look over your list and really think about the functions and tasks that are on it. What will happen if something doesn't get done or you decide not to attend an event? Remember that NO is not a four letter word so it's OK to use it. Learn to delegate household chores to other family members. Not only do you need to free up time for yourself, but free up time so you will be able to spend more quality time with your family. If you are married and/or have children, discuss this matter wih them. I think you will be surprised at their response and will find that they will be willing to help out more and give up a lot of things to be able to have more quality time with you.
