Default I'm so excited!!!!

Okay guys,

Somebody will have to reign me in a little.... but I am just so excited. DH has a son who lives in California and I have a daughter who lives in Texas.... this year we decided (lots of pushing from me) that we need to visit our lovely kids and grands. So we booked it. We will be in California and Texas in October. DH who is the most wonderful husband knows that I have always wanted to go to the International Quilt Festival in Houston.... so he has arranged our itinerary so that I can have 2.5 days at the show with three nights in Houston before we fly home....... I am so excited.

Watch out people...... I am coming over - LOL LOL LOL.

Hugs

Caroline

That should be a great trip! You'll have fun just thinking about it and planning.

I don’t know the dates you will be in California, nor what part of that big state. BUT, there is a big beautiful quilt show in Santa Clara on October 15-18. It is the Pacific International Quilt Festival. I was able to attend in 2018 and it was my first BIG quilt show. FYI.

How are you even able to type a message with this kind of excitement! Quilt show and grandchildren and adult children. The best combination of thing I can even think of. How wonderful for you.

That is very exciting! What a great trip - family and a quilt show. What could be better!

Houston is one of my bucket list items. I hope you have a wonderful time.

So excited for you, Caroline!! Sounds like a fabulous trip. Pack light so you can fill your cases with fabric to bring home.

You'll love it! I live in Houston so I go every year. It's amazing!

Maybe you could go to Cali when the Road to California show if on?

How exciting...it will certainly be a trip looking forward to, both to see your kids and beautiful quilts.
