33rd Annual Drag N' Brag Show, Paola, KS
 

If you are going to be in the Kansas City area the last weekend of Sept, Sept. 29-30, plan to swing south to Paola, KS (about 20 minutes) to the Miami Co. Quilters Guild 33rd Annual Drag N' Brag Show at the Paola Middle School (plenty of parking). This show has a featured quilter, Kathy Havelka who has shown at Paducah, vendors, silent auction, boutique, demos, bed turning each day at 2pm, opportunity quilt raffle, children's activity--this is a very fun show! Most years we hang over 160 quilts--bed size to mini's; traditionals, applique, and this year an art quilt category.
