Hi,
I will be in this city beginning Sun. Is there any interesting sites to see or places to see or eat or shop? WE will be there for a family member's surgery but may have some time.
Please say a prayer for Evan as he is 19 and having surgery for cancer.
we will be strangers in an unknown city...
Thanks for any information.
Susan

Prayers are with you both!

My mom is from Marion, about an hour north of there!
Oddly enough, I have a sister in TN, Murfreesboro!

Good thoughts coming your way for his surgery.

The quilt shop on 82nd Street at Nora is Quilts Plus. Been there for 40 years and is still great. I'm from just north of Indiana and worked for 27 years downtown in the state capitol building. Now I live in Tennessee.

Do you know what hospital? I could give you some direction from there.

sumcoop 12-06-2010 06:05 PM

I think it is University Hospital.
That is all I know.
Thank you all for prayers.
Susan
