Hi Carrie, it looks like I will be able to make it.....I am coming with a friend who also loves quilting! So, how should we meet up? I know Dottie said Denny's in Janesville at 10:00, but how will we know who you guys are and vice versa??? I guess a couple ladies waundering around would be a good clue....lol. Looking forward to meeting you guys.

Yeah!!!!! I am so excited! I have NEVER been to Dennys before, lol, so maybe near the front exit? Maybe Dottie will have an idea. I have long, dark hair, am short. Cant wait to meet you guys.....Dottie is so nice too! Hope she sees this!

CarrieAnne....just so you know my name is Lori.....(quiltylori) lol.....my friends name is Cindy. I am tall, have shoulder length brown hair, glasses and my friend is short with short wavy, blonde, grey hair. I am sure we will find each other. It should be fun!

Had a GREAT time with CarrieAnne and Dottie (and my friend Cindy) at Denny's in Janesville. It was so nice to meet you both and I look forward to getting together again soon.

Aw, it was SO fun!!!!!!!!!! Cant beleive we sat that long....loved you both! And Dottie is so AWESOME too. Hoping more will be able to come next time....we sat for 3 hours, was like we always knew each other!!!!!!!!!!!

I saw this post too late :( perhaps next time it could be planned for a Sat. seems like a more favorable day for others.
Did you go to the quilt shop by Milton Loose Threads? I love that place! I have a friend I could bring along too!

We had an awesome time--just like we had known each other for ages. We never got beyond Denny's but left with plans to go on a bus trip together whenever Life is a Stitch Quilt Shop schedules their next one.

Next time we can try a Saturday for all of you who work during the week. Maybe it's the start of a Southern Wisconsin/Northern Illinois Quilt Guild/Support Group.
