I was just wondering if we have many people from Wv on this site. I would love to get a get together set up. Being a newbie I'm hoping that if I hang out with other quilters I might get better (maybe by osmosis) Anyway, just wondering.

Hello, I live in Prichard, WV which is just across the Big sandy River from Louisa Ky. Don't know if I would be able to meet with you, but it would be nice to exchange ideas.

Dont live there now, but I was born in Charleston. I come from a long line of West Virginia quilters, mostly from the Beckley area. I'm in Colorado now.

Colorado is a lovely place to live. I am from Michigan, Detroit, by way of Ft.Wayne Indiana. Learned to quilt from my grandmother and mother in law. Just love being so creative.

I lived in WV but don't now. However, I'll be in Ripley in October teaching at Zepora's Quilting Seminar.

Hello. I'm from Keyser, WV and lived in Elkins for a number of years. Now in Iowa.

I was born and raised in WV but was transplanted to the mid west about 38 years ago. I guess I am now a midwesterner. I live in Illinois now. I sure miss the hills in WV. Wish I could join you but enjoy all the gals you meet there. I still have family in Morgantown.
