I just looked Cortland up on mapquest, since my 14 yr old quilting GD and I will be in Claverack NY that weekend. Too far away.
Hope you have a wonderful time. |
I eat Cortland apples-must be where they came from.

Guess so. Cornell University is nearby and they have a apple development program, probably found the parent tree in Cortland. There are lots of great orchards up here, and very good apples.

I did some of my clinical rotations in Cortland :)

I'd go if I still lived in the area. Wasn't into quilting when I did live there..... To bad my daughter or sister aren't interested...

I can't be there, BUT, am so excited to know there is quilting in that area. Our youngest will be attending Elmira College in the Fall and Cortland is not too far from Elmira.
Are there quilt shops in that area? If so, can you share so I can make some pit stops :) Thanks! Suzanne in VT |
