I haven't been to a quilt show before, so I'm really looking forward to the show in DSM, Oct 6-9. Anybody else headed there?

I am and I can hardly wait. Went last year and renewed my love for all things fabric!!

I'm wondering how much I can convince my dh to let me spend. lol

I would suggest pinning a piece of fabric to your top, that way others will know you are a member of the quilting board

also set up a time to meet at the show!

I have gone to the Des Moines show for several years and wouldn't miss it, if I can help it. It is a really big show now since AQS is part of it. Save your money because there are wonderful vendors too. Have a fun time...

I am going. My second year. Loved it last year. My BFF went with me, but this year my SUPER BFF (hubby) is going with me.

I'm going on Friday. Can't wait - only problem is I get too many new ideas and come home with more stuff to store. Oh well!!

I will be going on Friday with my small group quilting club.

Where in Des Moines will the show be held? I would like to go but will have to get some other details straightened out. Will let you know.
