It's always the last Friday and Saturday of March......
let me know if you want to know about a couple of "Amish" fabric stores about 15 miles away........they will not be at It's a Gatherin......

My mom, aunt, cousin & I have been going for the last several years......and we have a blast!

I didn't find anyone that wanted to go so I didn't go , don't have friends here in cape so driving alone isn't fun as a mater of fact doing anything alone is not fun , but here I live in MO so I have to do a lot by myself.

it's not till this coming weekend....do you know anyone who is also interested in quilting who lives near to you that might want to go?

i do hand quilting at church & I know a lot of quilters but they all have there own friends that they do thing with . It's ok I was told & found out that if you are not from here it is hard to make friend & at my age 63 it is even harder. So I accept the way of life here . At my church I was quilting on one quilt all by myself while 7 ladies sweeze on the other quilt so they all can talk to each other, I just accept that, I just offer it all up to God & they call them self Christian, REALLY they are no more a christian then they are a car if they stand in there garage...
