I'm in northeast Atlanta too, between Tucker and Lilburn. My favorite quilt shop is Intown Quilters which is only about 8 miles from home and a few blocks from work.

Come to Quilts by the Lake, this Friday the 12th and Saturday the 13th in Oxford, Alabama and meet lots of Georgia/Alabama quilters. I will be easy to find as I will be wearing white gloves.

I visit Atlanta on a regular basis. Trying to get Mr. Stitchnripper to move there, but so far no luck!!

I have Tuesday September 23rd available for upcoming trip.

You might be interested in the Pike Pioneer Museum Quilt show that is going on now. Troy, AL, museum has a small show every other year. This year's dates are from Feb. 10 - March 10,2015. They always have a good number of antique quilts on display.
