me me me. I don't live far from there. I will have to have my husband request off or talk my momma into taking the kiddos!

If anyones husband would be interested, MSP "The Walls" has several openings for tours on the 5th.

Would love to go but I will be in Oklahoma that weekend.

Well it looks like June 5th would work the best for most of us. It also works better for me since church on Sunday would shorten my time then. I will try and look up several places to have lunch and get back with everyone. Maybe we could loosely plan for a late lunch. or plan for a normal lunch and go back to the show afterwards.

I think it was asked about admission. It is $5 per person.

I did some checking on the tours of the old Missouri State Penitentiary. Looks like there are 2 tour times that day at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. That may give our hubbies something to do if they get tired of looking at quilts, LOL!

Let me know what you all are thinking.

Sheila,
There is a chinese buffet on Missouri Blvd --Jasmine Gardens. They're pretty good and runs about $7 or 8 for lunch.

They've been rated one of the best for a couple of years now.

Well, I need a some info from all of you that would like to get together and meet for the quilt show.

Here are a couple of options:

A. Meet at the show and take our time looking around..... catch a snack here and there and then after the show, meet and have an eraly supper/late lunch about 4:30 or

B. Meet at the show, look around and meet around 12:30, leave the show and eat lunch, and then return if we still want to continue to look.

I would love your vote for option A or B. That will give me an idea of what when and where I need to be looking for places to eat.

I have also had a couple of suggestions for places to eat. Your vote here would also be appreciated.

1. Jasmine Garden (chinese buffet) This is located in town and seems to run under 10 dollars.

2. A place with local flare called the Claysville Store about 5 minutes North of town/ Their specialties are pan fried chciken, country ham, etc. Not sure on prices, but sounds like alot of atmosphere.

Again, I would appreciate you vote for either A or B and then also for option 1 or 2.

Thanks-

Sheila

Sheila,
The earlier in the day the better for me. so I vote for A.
with option 1.....
The claysville store sounds great but they don't open until 4 pm on Saturdays.

Sheila,
I won't be able to attend as I have a friend coming to visit from Nebraska. Sorry. Sounds like a great time.
