Kansas City Regional Quilt Show
 

We went to the Kansas City Regional Quilt Show yesterday (opening day). It seems to be a success. We had to drive around the parking area for half an hour to find a place to park. It is a wonderful show and I hope anyone who is in the area can attend--it goes through Sunday June 21. What I liked so much was to visit with quilt guilds or shop keepers from small towns in the region. It was great to see so many there and see their quilts and goods. The prize winning quilts were outstanding.

I agree. We were there Friday. Saw fabulous quilts, spent too much money, visited with old and new friends, and had a wonderful day.Well worth the trip across the state. Everyone was smiling. It was a show well done. Thanks KCRQS people.
