Anybody else doing the Shop Hops in Maine this month? DH and I are having so much fun visiting shops we would never have known about and meeting some friendly and wonderful folks along the way. I highly recommend you do the HOP if you live in Maine.

I'm doing it as I travel near the shops - certainly won't get to all 38 participating as Maine is a large state. Gas is just too much to travel all over the state. Last week we had to go towards Sanford and hit a few in that area. I reside in Lewiston so will get to those in the local area - Gardiner/Freeport/Auburn. Would like to someday eventually get to them all - but not enough time or money! There are several nice shops, and it is a fun event to do.

Try to get to the Bar Harbor region. There are two lovely shops down here. One is in Trenton and called Sewing By The Sea and the other one is in Bar Harbor across from the post office and is called Fabricate. (No affiliation to me. I just live here).

Gong to visit family in Van Buren, ME in the next month or two. Can you give me a list of shops?

This will give you the list of shops in Maine but the shop hop ends Apr 30

Wow, I would love to do this one! Is there a map of the over-all state with shops noted? I didn't find one on the main Maine link?
