Quilting in Italy?
 

I'll be in Rome and Florence. Can I deliver anything to a fellow quilter? Is there quilting fabric in Italy?send a pm

I've often wondered if anyone in Italy quilts. All 4 of my grandparents came from Italy and not one women in my family made quilts besides me :)

There Are quilters in Italy but its not a traditional craft. Its also very expensive since all fabrics are imported (mainly USA and Japan). There is a guild - Quiltitalia which holds regular regional meetings and quilting days which are great.

Its extremely kind of you to offer to support this addiction.
